Governance

DECC is managed by a Steering Committee which is elected every TWO years to direct the operations of the organisation.

The DECC Constitution outlines the composition of the DECC Steering Committee which aims to be reflective of the diverse language groups in Darebin.

DECC places particular priority on the inclusion of smaller and newer communities, in order to ensure that their voices are also heard.

The DECC Steering Committee meets each month; and organises special general meetings for DECC members on topical issues.
